Important Booking Policies
Age Requirements
Must be 18 years or older with valid state issued ID for tattoo services! NO EXCEPTIONS! Piercings for anyone under 18 MUST have a parent/legal guardian present with valid ID and minor's birth certificate.
Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to guarantee/book your appointment. This deposit will go towards the final price of your tattoo. Once deposits are confirmed, they are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours prior notice, or emergency notice. Changes must be confirmed with your artist. No call, no shows will be forfeited.
Piercing Restrictions
NO "adult" piercings for anyone under 18! Piercings are up to the discretion of the piercer, NO EXCEPTIONS! Contact us with questions beforehand.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Your safety and our artists' safety is our top priority. We have comprehensive protocols in place.
Face Mask Policy
All clients must wear a face mask at all times if you are not fully vaccinated. This helps protect everyone in our studio environment.
Hand Sanitization
Practice hand washing/sanitizing before and after any paperwork or transactions. Sanitizer stations are available throughout the shop.
Exposure Policy
Please postpone your appointment if you or anyone you have come in contact with may have been exposed to COVID-19.
No Additional Guests
For safety and social distancing, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless absolutely necessary.
Aftercare Instructions
Follow these professional aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and optimal results
Tattoo Aftercare
Remove Bandage
Remove bandage within 2 hours. If the bandage sticks to the tattoo, wet slightly and gently remove.
Wash Gently
Wash gently with non-scented, antibacterial soap and warm water. DO NOT scrub or soak your tattoo.
Pat Dry
Pat dry your tattoo with a fresh towel. DO NOT rub dry.
Apply Moisturizer
Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor or unscented hand lotion often for 5 to 7 days (washing it before each time).
Avoid Water Activities
Avoid pools, beaches, jacuzzis, baths or dirty conditions for a week and a half. Loose fitting clothing should be worn over the tattoo for the duration of the healing process to avoid irritation.
Do Not Pick or Scratch
Do not pick or scratch at the flaky-like scab that will develop as it heals. Always use clean hands when handling your new tattoo.
Contact Your Artist
Contact your artist if you have ANY questions regarding your tattoo during the healing period.
Body Piercing Aftercare
Wash Hands
Always wash hands thoroughly with liquid, antibacterial soap before touching the piercing.
Clean the Piercing
Prior to washing the piercing with soap, rinse with warm water any buildup that has developed during the healing process. Wash piercing at least twice daily with liquid, antibacterial soap. Turn the piercing jewelry as washing. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a fresh paper towel. Do not rub.
Avoid Harsh Products
Never use any alcohol, peroxide or any creams or ointments of any kind.
Contact Your Piercer
If you have any questions or problems with your new piercing, please contact your piercer.
Tongue/Mouth Piercing Aftercare
Reduce Swelling
Swelling may be reduced by holding ice water in the mouth or by taking an over-the-counter antihistamine.
Rinse with Listerine
Rinse mouth with Listerine diluted 50% with clean water after each time you eat or drink anything other than water, or a minimum of every two hours.
Avoid Contamination
Avoid all activity involving your piercing coming into contact with anything that may be contaminated with bacteria. No licking, kissing or putting foreign objects in your mouth. This avoids possibility of infection or trauma.

Common questions about our tattoo and piercing services
What is your policy during Coronavirus?
COVID-19: We have staffing, sanitation and social distancing mandates in place for the safety of our clients and artists. This includes requesting all clients to wear a face mask at all times if you are not fully vaccinated, practice hand washing/sanitizing before and after any paperwork or transactions, postponing your appointment if you or anyone you have come in contact with may have been exposed to the virus, and by not bringing additional guests to your appointment.
Is there anything I should do to prep for my appointment?
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please call us as soon as possible if you are going to arrive late. Please make sure that you do not arrive on an empty stomach. We don't want you to get light headed and pass out. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing (especially over the area you are getting tattooed).
Do you take walk-ins?
We have a limited availability for walk-in tattoos as our artists' schedules fill up quickly. The piercer is typically available to take walk-in piercings between 11:00 am to 6:00 pm each day. To inquire about availability for same day services it is best to call the shop prior to 6:00 pm at (470) 395-2573.
I'm under 18, can I get a tattoo or piercing if my parent brings me?
Sorry, but NO. Ga. Code 16-5-71.1 prohibits services administrated or admittance to anyone under age 18. Please don't bring your kids to your tattoo appointment, we like them, but it's not allowed.
How do I guarantee my appointment?
A $50 deposit is required to guarantee your appointment. Your $50 deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo. PayPal to diligentlobotomy@gmail.com or Venmo @Edward-Argibay (phone number 8993). Please include with the first name of the client being tattooed. You can also pay with cash or card in person or card over the phone if you call during shop hours. (Deposits will be applied towards the cost of your tattoo. Once confirmed, they are not refundable, appointment can be changed with 48 hours notice.)
Can I buy a tattoo or piercing for my friends or family?
Of course! We have gift certificates available for purchase in any denomination. Please talk to any member of our team or send us an email to purchase. We want your gift certificate to be as personal as your gift.
